AiKEN Institute will be deploying the second round of training for healthcare providers on Clinical Service Excellence. Over the last two years, AiKEN Institute has developed and deployed several courses for healthcare providers, mainly at the institutional level. At the institutional level, healthcare providers such as the 37 Military Hospital, International Maritime Hospital, VRA Health Services, GPHA Clinic in Tema and Takoradi, Members of the Ghana Association of Quasi Healthcare Institutions, Nurses from the Nursing and Midwifery Council and Cocoa Clinic in Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi, Debiso and Tafo have been trained on Implementing Clinical Transformation and Clinical Service Excellence.
AiKEN Institute has now developed the capability and is ready to deploy its portfolio of short courses at the individual level via online and phase-to-face channels. As part of this process, AiKEN Institute will deploy the online version of the Clinical Service Excellence course from the 13th to the 15th of September 2021.
