Weak capacity in many developing countries, especially those in the global south has in many instances been responsible for development of poor policies and implementation of same. The Sub-Sharan Africa is very much disadvantaged on the issue of capacity especially for its development needs.
AiKEN Institute intends to be a key actor in this space, by leveraging on its research and the skills and capacity of its collaborators to design and deliver capacity development programmes that can be beneficial to both public and private sector organisations in the sub-region.
