International Study Programmes

The ISP will provide opportunity for working people within the sub-region to undertake short visits to some of the world’s most prestigious institutions of higher learning to upgrade/update their knowledge/skills in leadership and management. The object of the programme includes the following:

• Develop the problem solving and creative thinking capabilities of participants
• Helping participants to develop internal incentives needed to win in competitive and turbulent environments
• Promote opportunities for participants to network with relevant organisational leaders from the global north.

The programme duration is normally between a week or two and combines intensive executive education with industry engagement and networking with corporate executives as well as influential public officials where possible.
